All staff are college trained in accounting principles and possess diplomas to prove it. All work is overseen by Sherry who is a Certified Professional Bookkeeper and Payroll Compliance Practitioner. Your books are in good hands!
After the initial onboarding with Sherry, the owner, you will be assigned to a competent and friendly bookkeeper who will be your primary contact. Sherry will always be available should problems arise.
We can be set up to do any of the administrative tasks that you would like! We’re flexible that way.
Currently we support only QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

In our opinion, yes. First, most accountants do not concern themselves with the day to day bookkeeping. They are mainly interested in the accurate and final numbers for the year. Bookkeepers do tend to be a fair bit cheaper than the accountants who do bookkeeping as well.
We do not prepare tax returns. We prefer to leave that to the experts. We do highly recommend that all business owners have an accountant as part of their finance team.

Bookkeeping costs cover a wide range due to the fact that bookkeeping is an unregulated industry. This means that you don’t require any specialized training to be a bookkeeper. In Ontario, the cost is anywhere from $25/hr to $90/hr. Given the knowledge and expertise of our staff, our hourly rate is currently $55/hr.
